An elegant glass tumbler is held by the performer is filled with liquid from a pitcher, bottle or other container, and an index card or small square of paper is placed over the mouth of the glass. The performer places his free hand flatly on top of the paper-covered glass and turns it upside-down. Upon removing his hand from the paper, the paper clings to the mouth of the upside-down glass as if held in place by some magical force… and the liquid remains inside the inverted glass! The performer slowly peels the paper away from the still upside-down glass, yet the liquid remains suspended inside with no visible means of support! Finally, the performer holds the glass and it’s suspended contents over a bowl, basin, or pitcher. At his command, the liquid gushes from the glass like a cloudburst into the receptacle beneath. Includes the instructions. Excellent condition.
