Tassels drop and retract at the magician's will. Turned wood in a bamboo pattern, with "Asian" characters on the side, painted cork end pieces. Working well. Likely made by Owen, though with somewhat different coloring than more recent versions of this apparatus. Some chips to paint, a few thin cracks. Good condition.
